The Role

• Lead and inspire inpatient and outpatient growth in an IRF and/or LTCH setting.
• Design and implement innovative referral programs to drive census growth.
• Guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team.
• Create strategies that align with the organization's mission and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Monitor critical numbers and progress towards goals, understanding operational and financial metrics.
• Identify new business opportunities and repackage existing offerings in collaboration with hospital leadership.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison in a healthcare environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
• Successful track record in leading, managing, or direct sales and marketing, preferably within healthcare.
• Knowledge of physician relations, case management, and managed care is preferred.
• Understanding of the local healthcare market.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
