Java Backend Engineer (Onsite Hybrid)

Plano, TX". [100% onsite]. Alternate work location: Merrimack, NH and Smithfield, RI.

Basic Qualifications:

10+ years' of demonstrable experience in full stack Java programming building scalable web applications

6+ years' experience with Java Spring based frameworks and libraries preferably Spring boot

5+ years' working with public Cloud and Cloud based technologies with Microsoft Azure preferred

6+ years' experience building and consuming REST API based integration and microservices architecture

Preferred Skills:

Hands on experience working with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Service Bus

Building applications working with databases like Oracle, Postgres etc.

solid Understanding and experience working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins

Experience with software application testing approaches and tools like jUnit, Cucumber, Selenium

Experience with Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for building highly resilient cloud based software applications

Experience designing and developing applications in microservices architecture

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
