The Role • Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of construction activities on site under stringent safety conditions. • Oversee and direct subcontractor partners for various work packages, including groundworks, structural elements, roofing, cladding, and interior fit-out. • Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements to guarantee safe and appropriate working practices. • Coordinate site logistics, plant movement, and labour management while upholding rigorous safety standards. • Accurately create, log, and file site reports using relevant platforms. What You'll Need • Management experience in a similar role within the UK construction industry. • Experience on large-scale commercial builds (£10M - £100M) within a main contracting environment. • A relevant Construction Management Qualification (HND/Degree/SVQ). • SMSTS 5 Day Certificate, CSCS Card, and First Aid certification. • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and subcontractors.
