Job Description:

• Perform the build-cycle audit and provide the required output for the SOX control for each cycle, ensuring full compliance with change management, authorization, logging, and ISO/SOX governance standards.
• Design comprehensive QA test scenarios, conduct UAT, execute pre-deployment smoke testing (including negative checks), and validate new code builds/change requests before release.
• Utilize SQL queries, Unix scripts, and automated validation tools to audit rating engines, system logs, and raw invoice outputs.
• Years of expertise in Incident Management, Telecom Billing, Finance Operations, and Service Delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional development, support, and audit teams to conduct operational reviews.
• Experience in Bill QA Validation, Bill Cycle Management, and Billing Incident Management.
