This opportunity supports an Enterprise IT contract with a team of SIGDEV Analysts, Systems Engineers, Junior Engineers, Telecommunication Technical Analysts and System Administrators, responsible for the architecture, engineering, integration, operations, maintenance and sustainment of multi-level Enterprise IT environment. Job Description: * Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential role, you will maintain the customer's computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe. You will provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP. The candidate must be available to support a 24x7 mission operation with a weekly non-rotating schedule, working either Day Shift (0545-1345), Swing Shift (1345-2145), or Mid Shift (2145-0545) to include weekends and some holidays. The Level 1 SIGDEV Analyst shall possess the following capabilities: * Critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations.
* Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
* Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
* Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development.
* Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.
* Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and ability to demonstrate the incorporation of independent research to enhance target development.
* Ability to identify target communications within the global network.Qualifications (Level 1): * At least three (3) years demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support. * Within the last five (5) years, at least three (3) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.The Level 2 SIGDEV Analyst shall possess the following capabilities: * All Level 1 capabilities and:
* Independently perform and provide guidance to Level 1 contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development.
* Ability to provide SIGDEV support for the purposes of optimizing and developing accesses. Qualifications (Level 2): * At least five (5) years demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support. * Within the last seven (7) years, at least five (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.The Level 3 SIGDEV Analyst shall possess the following capabilities: * All Level 1 & 2 capabilities.Qualifications (Level 3): * At least ten (10) years demonstrated experience and knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support. * Within the last ten (10) years, at least five (5) must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
