Position: UI/UX Designer
Location: Chicago (or) Peoria, IL (Hybrid)
Team Structure
o Main workspace is with 2-3 other UX Designers and reporting to product owner and working with development leads (front end and back end).
Required Qualifications:
o Top 4 Skills: Proficient in Figma, asks insightful questions, effective communication, willingness to collaborate
o At least 3+ years UX Design experience
o Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
o 3 years of experience with design tools such as Figma (required 1+ years), Sketch and other UX/UI software
o Comfortable working autonomously with product and engineering teams
(Desired)
o 3+ year exp designing complex systems or applications
