The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including ADAS calibration.
• Take on the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and order processing.
• Conduct quality assurance measures and inventory management.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with experience as a Master Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist.
• Willingness to obtain or already possess the "Operations Manager (HWK)" certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and proficient German language skills.
• Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
