Business Development Executive

We're Spring Brand Solutions - A digital marketing agency that specializes in social media and influencer marketing. We're looking for someone who's curious, proactive, and ready to get their hands dirty in the world of new business and strategy. If you enjoy connecting dots, spotting opportunities, and building conversations that convert- you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting the management team on new business pitches, strategy, and presentations

Supporting outreach to generate new business enquiries via LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms

Researching brands, industries, and key decision-makers to open the right doors

What we're looking for:

Strong research skills- you know how to find the right people, not just more people

Great communication and presentation skills

A proactive mindset- you don't wait to be told, you figure things out

Bonus if you:

Are naturally curious about brands, marketing, and what makes people say "yes"

Understand social media beyond just scrolling

Salary - 12-15k a month + Variable monthly bonus component based on the performance.

Location - Ghatkopar West (on-site role)
