Summary: • Provide comprehensive support, maintenance, and administration for enterprise IT systems across Windows and UNIX environments. • Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical problem identification, troubleshooting, and escalation support for all client, server, storage, and network devices. • Optimize system operations, enhance operating system performance, and maintain overall IT infrastructure integrity.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 10+ years • Total Compensation: $233k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Configure, manage, and maintain Windows and UNIX operating systems, including installing software and implementing system enhancements. • Provide day-to-day operational support, proactive monitoring, and issue resolution for client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices. • Deliver Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution. • Support dispatch systems and hardware troubleshooting while tracking issues through final resolution. • Optimize system operations and resource utilization, including performing capacity planning and system performance analysis. • Communicate escalation status and provide detailed technical feedback to management and internal stakeholders.
