ServiceNow Developer with Security Clearance

Our service and solution delivery starts with understanding each client’s end-state, and then seamlessly integrating within each Agency’s organization to improve and enhance business and technical operations and deployments. (Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply) A ServiceNow Developer is needed to support a mission‑focused federal program in Washington, DC. This fully onsite role involves designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications and integrations in a secure environment. An active Secret clearance is required on day one.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods.
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and support end users as needed.

• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred).
• 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Bachelor in computer science or related field.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server, and Discovery.
• Background supporting federal agencies or classified environments The compensation range for this position is $100,000-120,000.
