<>Job Summary: <>We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and hands-on experience with Planview or similar project portfolio management tools. Finance systems project experience is highly preferred. <>Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project scope, change requests, and governance processes.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and/or Waterfall project governance activities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong working relationships.

<>Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing at least 5 full project lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Planview or other project planning/portfolio management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and resources.
