W2- AI/ML Engineer (Multiple Locations)

Job Title : AI/ML Engineer
Location: Chicago IL / Atlanta GA / New York NY(Hybrid 3-4 days/week to onsite is must)
Job Description:
Core GenAI Expertise:
Hands on experience working with GenAI applications including LLMs, RAG architecture, prompt engineering and Agentic AI concepts. Exposure to agentic frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Foundry Agent Service and AWS Bedrock.
GenAI Ops Experience:
Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end GenAI operationalization lifecycle, including solution design and engineering, secure deployment, horizontal scaling, and production observability for GenAI workloads.
Cloud, Platform & Scalability Skills:
Experience with multiple cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), deep understanding of distributed systems, containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code(Terraform, ARM/Bicep)
Software Engineering Excellence:
Strong software engineering foundation with hands‑on experience in Python development, microservices‑based architectures, and secure coding and data handling practices suited for enterprise‑scale, regulated environments.
Technical Leadership & Influence:
Demonstrated technical leadership to set architectural direction, guide critical design decisions, and mentor senior engineers. Proven ability to translate complex business problems into secure, scalable, and resilient AI solutions
