Enterprise Applications Software Developer

Michigan Farm Bureau seeks an Enterprise Application Developer to build and enhance business-critical systems supporting our members, insurance operations, and advocacy work. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web and backend applications, integrate internal and third-party services, and improve data flows across the organization. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise web and backend applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate internal and third-party systems and APIs to streamline data and business processes.
• Implement and maintain databases, queries, and stored procedures to support applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and reliability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production applications, resolving incidents and performance issues.
• Document system designs, workflows, and technical procedures for long-term maintainability.
