The Role:

• Deliver engaging and effective French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a dynamic and innovative French curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the teaching of French.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Modern Foreign Languages department.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A deep understanding of the UK National Curriculum for French.
• A proven track record of successful teaching and learning outcomes.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• A passion for French language and culture and a desire to inspire students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
