Job Description
Accenture Australia is seeking a Measurement & Reporting Consultant to join our Enterprise Service Management environment. You will turn service data into insights that drive decision-making, service improvement, and operational excellence across multi-vendor IT services.
You will develop and maintain operational and executive reporting, dashboards, and scorecards, monitoring KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and XLAs, with ServiceNow reports and dashboards as a core delivery.
