• We are seeking a senior Business Analyst to support the expansion of M&T's Embedded Banking program into Commercial Card capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep commercial card domain expertise and be able to lead discovery, requirements development, operating model design, and stakeholder alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance. This role will help define the target-state solution, assess operational and technical impacts, and develop recommendations for MVP and future-state card capabilities within the Embedded Banking platform.

• Responsible for governance, execution and delivery of projects from business side
• Launching embedded channel in commercial cards

Requires extensive discovery, research, documentation across product types they want to offer in future

This person will document the journey, need to be familiar with how commercial card works in banking environment

• Looking for BSA that can document requirements for pulling in commercial card

Must have commercial card experience

Nice to have: FIS or TSYS would be a huge benefit

Timeline: now until Q2 2027 ++ - hope to go live by then
