We are looking for a skilled Machine and Plant Operator to play a crucial role in our production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. The Role • Operate technically similar production plants and ensure operational targets are met. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production or setup processes. • Maintain high-quality standards through checklist inspections and implementing corrective actions. • Document material, quantity, and time bookings using SAP. • Support maintenance personnel with repair and servicing tasks. • Perform machine maintenance according to specifications. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a packaging technologist, industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or equivalent qualification. • Relevant professional experience is desirable. • Familiarity with quality and hygiene standards. • SAP knowledge is a plus. • Strong communication skills in German. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift, or optionally 4-shift, system.
