Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, QA, and Product Owners.
• Configure and validate Salesforce solutions where applicable.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business sign-off.
• Prepare process flows, business process documentation, and training materials.
• Manage change requests and prioritize enhancements.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
