Job Description

Product Manager, User centred design, Content Management Systems (CMS), Security Cleared is required by our government client to lead the development and continuous improvement of digital products and services. Based in London (or Bristol or Manchester)
Paying up to £600 a day (umbrella)
Working in an SC Security Cleared environment. You will hold SC Security Clearance or be eligible to undertake.

Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritising delivery, understanding user needs, and ensuring products deliver measurable outcomes for both users and stakeholders. You will offer experience of product leadership, stakeholder management, user-centred design, and data-driven decision-making. Essential Skills/Experience
Experience working on a large content management system: eg include working on a news website where content is being created rapidly and frequently with a life cycle.

This team will focus on the retiring and archiving of content, thus similar experience in this would advantageous
Proven experience delivering and launching successful digital products. Strong knowledge of Agile product management methodologies, including roadmap development, prioritisation, MVP definition, and user story creation. Experience working within multidisciplinary digital delivery teams. A user-centred mindset, with experience translating user research and insights into product enhancements. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at multiple levels.

Experience balancing competing priorities and resolving differing viewpoints using evidence and research. Experience defining, monitoring, and reporting against performance metrics and product objectives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to evaluate product success and identify opportunities for improvement.

Excellent communication skills, with experience developing engagement strategies that support product adoption and organisational change
As the Product Manager, you will:
Own and develop a clear product vision, communicating it effectively to delivery teams and stakeholders. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver and continuously improve digital products through iterative development cycles. Develop a deep understanding of user needs
Prioritise backlogs, write effective user stories, and make informed decisions based on evidence, value, and user outcomes.

Collaborate with designers, researchers, analysts, and engineers to test ideas, validate assumptions, and improve services. Use data, analytics, and user feedback to measure performance and guide product improvements. Deadline Friday 2nd October at 12 midday
