Clearance: TS or TS/SCI

Location: Washington, DC or Tysons, VA

Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite

Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Application Developer / Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable enterprise applications and APIs. The ideal candidate must have strong software development experience and the ability to independently translate business requirements into fully functional, user-centered applications. This is primarily an application development role, not a cloud infrastructure or architecture position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications and APIs.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces and backend application services.
• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into functional software solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate applications with enterprise databases, data platforms, and backend systems.
• Develop analytics dashboards, visualization tools, and AI-enabled interfaces.
• Implement secure coding, automated testing, and DevSecOps CI/CD practices.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS or Azure.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications.

Required Skills:

• Programming: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or C#/.NET.
• Frontend: React, Angular, or equivalent modern frameworks.
• Backend: FastAPI, Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Express.js, or .NET Core.
• API Development: RESTful APIs, microservices, JSON, API integration.
• Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or equivalent.
• Cloud: AWS or Azure application development.
• DevSecOps: Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing.
• Experience: 8+ years preferred, with demonstrated hands-on full-stack application development experience
