Business Analyst Housing Contract

Help shape what a housing organisation needs from its next core system.

We are supporting an established housing organisation seeking a contract Business Analyst to define business requirements ahead of an NEC Housing Management System implementation.

You will work closely with teams across the organisation to understand how they operate, uncover challenges and turn business needs into clear, prioritised requirements. Through stakeholder workshops and process mapping, you will help establish what the new system needs to deliver and secure agreement before implementation begins.

Housing sector experience is essential, alongside a strong track record in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and business process analysis. You'll be confident asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and bringing clarity to different teams' priorities.

Experience with NEC/Northgate Housing is ideal. Experience with comparable housing management systems, including MRI/Orchard, Civica Cx, Aareon QL, ActiveH or HomeMaster, will also be considered.

An opportunity to influence a significant systems change from the outset, with predominantly remote working and a likely extension beyond the initial six months.
