Patient Management Specialist | Rosenheim, Germany | Hybrid
We are a leading national hospital group, recognized as the largest family-owned enterprise in the German healthcare sector. With a network of 17 clinics and numerous outpatient facilities, we are dedicated to the holistic healing of our patients. Our central administration teams support all hospital locations, ensuring seamless non-medical operations and contributing significantly to patient well-being.
The Role
- Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes.
- Handle the billing of inpatient hospital services within the DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation frameworks.
- Provide support to decentralized patient management departments within the group, fostering smooth collaboration.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of patient administration and support medical staff.
What You'll Need
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational training.
- Ideally, experience with hospital information systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP.
- Preferably, prior experience in inpatient patient billing.
- High level of commitment, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
- Proactive and structured work approach, able to maintain overview in demanding situations.
- Professional and service-oriented interaction with various stakeholders.
