We're hiring for a forward-thinking education support organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We partner with schools and local authorities to provide impactful, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring, creating brighter futures for disengaged and vulnerable learners.

The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 - KS5, catering to a range of Additional Educational Needs including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Work with students referred by local authorities and schools, adapting to their unique learning requirements.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Join a mission-driven organisation committed to raising the standard of education for young people with SEND.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check and 2+ professional references (assistance provided if needed).
• Right to work in the UK.
