Corusconsulting is looking for a IT Integration PMO / M&A Transformation PMO
About the Opportunity
We are supporting a major post-acquisition integration program within a global logistics organization and are looking for an experienced IT Integration PMO to help drive the successful convergence of people, processes, and technology platforms.
This role offers exposure to a highly visible, multinational transformation initiative involving senior business and IT stakeholders across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a central role in the governance and execution of the integration program by:
- Supporting the overall management of a large-scale IT integration portfolio.
- Coordinating multiple workstreams across business and technology teams.
- Establishing and maintaining program governance processes and reporting frameworks.
- Creating executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and status reporting.
- Identifying and managing program risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Preparing governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
- Ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Supporting application consolidation and process harmonization initiatives.
- Contributing to change management and communication efforts throughout the integration lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, or Project Management roles.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale IT transformation programs.
- Previous experience in M&A integration, merger programs, acquisitions, or organizational integration initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project governance and portfolio management methodologies.
- Ability to interact with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Experience working within global and matrix organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
