Role: SRE Support Engineer

Location: Woonsocket RI

Responsibilities:

Monitor production applications, infrastructure, and services to ensure high availability and reliability.

Provide L2L3 production support and troubleshoot incidents, outages, and performance issues.

Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.

Monitor systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, or CloudWatch.

Work with AWSAzureGoogle Cloud Platform cloud environments and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues.

Support LinuxUnix systems, networking, databases, and application environments.

Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, Shell scripting, or similar technologies.

Manage deployments and CICD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

Work with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and troubleshooting.

Create and maintain alerts, dashboards, runbooks, and operational documentation.

Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve production issues.

Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely support for critical incidents.
