Global Pacific Support is seeking a highly organized and experienced Towing Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our towing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, managing the towing team, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong management skills and a thorough understanding of towing industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily towing operations to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Manage and supervise towing personnel, including drivers, dispatchers, and support staff.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
- Monitor fleet maintenance and ensure all vehicles are properly serviced and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, costs, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal towing regulations.
- Recruit, hire, and train new towing personnel as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Proven experience in towing operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of towing industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using dispatch and fleet management software.
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including on-call as necessary.
