The Role

• Specialize in one of four key areas: Child Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or School-Based Social Work.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or a state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• High attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and confidentiality.
• Empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and resilience.
• Previous experience in a voluntary social year, federal volunteer service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
• Interest in supporting individuals in their personal lives, family routines, and educational development.
