Netskope Engineer

Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced Netskope Engineer to design, administer, and optimize enterprise Netskope One SSE/SASE environments. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in CASB, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Zero Trust (ZTNA), Cloud Firewall, RBI, and DNS Security.

Responsibilities:

• Design, administer, and optimize enterprise Netskope One SSE/SASE environments
• Create and tune Netskope policies, SSL/TLS inspection, traffic steering, PAC files, GRE/IPsec tunnels
• Manage Netskope Client deployments across various platforms
• Implement SaaS security for various applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Box, etc.
• Implement DLP engineering for various data protection needs
• Integrate identity services such as Entra ID, Okta, Ping, AD, etc.
• Integrate SIEM/SOAR platforms for incident response and cloud threat monitoring
• Scripting/automation with Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, JSON

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in Security / Network Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Netskope or similar SSE/SASE platforms like Zscaler / Prisma Access
• Strong expertise in CASB, SWG, DLP, SSE/SASE, Zero Trust Architecture
• Experience with Netskope policy creation, tuning, SSL/TLS inspection, traffic steering, PAC files, GRE/IPsec tunnels
• Managing Netskope Client deployments across Windows, macOS, and mobile
• SaaS security for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Box, ServiceNow, GitHub, Slack, Salesforce
• Experience with Shadow IT, SSPM, SaaS API protection, data-at-rest scanning
• DLP engineering for PII, PHI, PCI, IP protection, document fingerprinting, EDM
• Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, proxies, DNS, routing, certificates, authentication flows
• Identity integrations with Entra ID, Okta, Ping, AD, SAML, SCIM, LDAP
• SIEM/SOAR integrations with Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, ServiceNow, Jira
• Incident response, UEBA, SkopeIT analysis, risk scoring, and cloud threat monitoring
• Scripting/automation with Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, JSON

Preferred Skills:

• Netskope certifications
• Experience with RBI, ZTNA, CSPM, DSPM, Cloud Exchange, Microsoft Purview
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR
