Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Software | Huntington Beach, CA
I'm working with a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing technology company building proprietary software and automation for aerospace, defense, robotics, and other high-performance industries.
They're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their computational geometry / manufacturing software team and take ownership of the team's day-to-day direction as the company scales.
Looking for:

• Prior engineering management experience or strong technical leadership with people-management experience
• Strong technical foundation and ability to lead a highly capable engineering team
• Experience with computational geometry, CAD/CAM, geometric modeling, or 3D geometry
• Background in software, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work cross-functionally across software and manufacturing

Details:

• Huntington Beach, CA - fully onsite
• $170K-$220K base + Series A equity
• Newly created leadership role with significant ownership over team growth and technical direction
