Quality Engineer

Location: East Moline, IL Salary: $45.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Quality Engineer
Location: East Moline, IL
Duration: 12 month with possible extension

Position Information
Support the Quality Services Team thru all Factory Engineering Processes.
Main Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following:
In-Line Inspection
Tool & Gauge Asset Management
GD&T Analysis/CMM Inspection
Non-Conformance Processing & Containment

Key Functions

Collaborates with Operations, Engineering and Supply Management to ensure process compliance
Leverage SAP, NCCA, DNCM and other Tools to process and complete work
Support Shop Floor Staff (Handlers, inspectors) in coordination of containment & inspection activities
Provide Daily report out documentation
Ensure daily communication on prioritization and completed work
Process Documentation & Control

Required Skills/Experiences

Can do attitude with a willingness to engage , learn and adapt to changing needs of business
Strong manufacturing experience
Computer Proficiency in basic office applications (MS Suite)

Advanced Skills/Experiences Preferred but not required

GD&T Background
CMM Programming
ISO Experience
Data & Analytics Tool Creation
