The Role

• Engage customers with compelling presentations, expert advice, and excellent service at the fresh food counter.
• Demonstrate skill in preparing and portioning fresh products with care and precision.
• Independently create specialty products using established in-house recipes.
• Implement creative ideas to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Experience in food retail or gastronomy is a plus, but career changers with food handling experience are also welcome.
• A genuine interest in preparing and processing meat and fresh food items.
• Enjoy interacting with people and a passion for retail.
• Strong customer focus, excellent communication, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, Monday to Saturday between 05:00 and 20:00.
