- Enterprise solution design – Design and build scalable solutions across FSC, OmniStudio, Data Cloud
- Hands-on development – Apex, LWC, APIs, OmniStudio, Data Cloud
- AI / Agentforce – Define use cases and implement AI solutions in Salesforce
- Integrations & data modeling – APIs, eventing, governed data design
- DevOps / CI-CD – Source control, automated deployments, env mgmt.
