Job Description

Senior Staff Lead Radar Integration & Test Engineer | East Syracuse, NY, US | Remote | $115,700-$150,500 We're hiring on behalf of a leading defense and security company that is dedicated to safeguarding nations. The Role • Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for verification and validation activities. • Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing. • Drive complex integration activities and the development of test environments and tools. • Lead technical reviews, status meetings, and provide technical and programmatic guidance to internal and external customers. • Mentor and coach less-experienced engineers, fostering technical growth within the team. • Analyze data, prepare test briefings, and author comprehensive test reports. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's degree is a plus. • 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering. • Proven background in radar system integration and test activities, including hands-on experience with radar systems. • Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional teams. • Experience with C++, Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development/systems analysis. • Understanding of configuration management, quality assurance, requirement management systems, and automatic testing tools.
