Role: Project Manager/Specialist – Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder) System
Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

• Creation of project documentation.
• Process monitoring.
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• Documentation of specifications and requirements tracking.
• Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes.
• Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for processes.
• Support workload demands across required operational areas.

Mandatory Expertise / Relevant Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).
• Experience creating new user accounts with appropriate permissions and performing account maintenance within the Trimble platform.
• Experience providing general user support for Trimble Unity Construct.
• Experience with project administration within Trimble Unity Construct.
• Experience creating and maintaining training materials for Trimble Unity Construct.
• Experience delivering new-user basic training, workflow training, administration training, new-feature training, and process-design guidance.
• Experience providing best-practice guidance, facilitating design sessions, and documenting requirements for new Trimble Unity Construct process rollouts.
• Experience serving as the lead for process testing.
• Experience evaluating and implementing cost-management best practices using the Trimble platform.
• Experience providing reporting assistance and report cleanup.
• Experience creating reports, report subscriptions, and dashboards within Trimble Unity Construct.
