Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVES)
* 4+ years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, design operations, or related cross-functional roles
* Experience developing and implementing standardized operational processes, SOPs, or scalable workflow frameworks
* Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within global or matrixed organizations
* Experience supporting AI transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change initiatives
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (CHERRY ON TOP!)
* Experience supporting design, research, product, or other highly cross-functional organizations
* Experience leading or contributing to AI-related transformation, adoption, enablement, or operational improvement initiatives
* Experience identifying practical opportunities to apply AI across planning, workflows, documentation, or team operations
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in fast-paced environments
