Job Description

Sr. Technical Program Manager — Federal and DoD Programs

About the Role
PGTEK is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to support our L100 AI Landing Zones capability. You will orchestrate the people, evidence, and decisions that turn strong engineering work into successful federal assessments and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own integrated plans, RACI, risks, dependencies, acceptance criteria, rehearsals, customer cadence, and closure
  • Drive technical program delivery using agile planning, RAID, requirements management, and executive communication
  • Mentor team members and contribute reusable standards
  • Support RMF/FedRAMP/DoD authorization activities
  • 5+ years of relevant cloud, security, product, program, mission, or engineering experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on Google Cloud or regulated-environment experience
  • Experience with technical program delivery, agile planning, RAID, requirements, executive communication, and federal governance

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, or SAFe credentials
  • Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect

Clearance & Location
Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred. Hybrid or remote with travel to customer sites (~10–25%). Washington, DC / Northern Virginia area preferred.
