Please apply only if you have an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph.  SharePoint Developer – Senior Position / LCAT: SharePoint Developer Level: Senior Lead Designation: N/A Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Role Summary Provides SharePoint development support including customized code, creating and modifying web parts, and creating and modifying SharePoint workflows. Develops and tests applications within a Microsoft-oriented enterprise environment, mentors junior personnel, and documents software defects using a bug tracking system. Adheres to Software Development Life Cycle processes including SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, and Lean methodologies. Responsibilities * Provide SharePoint development support, including customized code and creating/modifying web parts and SharePoint workflows * Develop and test applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery * Perform software development Unit Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and other development testing * Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle processes including SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, and Lean methodologies * Mentor junior personnel on proper practices and procedures * Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers and project managers * Collaborate with peers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure SharePoint solutions meet customer requirements * Support development, testing, and deployment of SharePoint applications across supported networks Required Qualifications * Eight years of experience in SharePoint Development (including customized code, and creating/modifying web parts, creating/modifying SharePoint workflows) * Five years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle Process (may include SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, Lean, etc.) * Five years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures * Five years of experience documenting software defects using a bug tracking system and reporting defects to software developers and project managers * Five years of experience with software development Unit Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, or other development testing experience * Five years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery * TS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance * DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification Preferred Qualifications * Experience developing SharePoint solutions in a DoD or IC environment * Experience with Microsoft .NET Framework and IIS for Windows Server North Point Technology is THE BEST place to work for curious-minded engineers motivated to support our country’s most crucial missions!  We focus on long term projects, leveraging the latest technology in support of innovative solutions to solve our customer’s most difficult problems.
