The Role • Responsible for the conceptual, creative, and visual development and implementation of marketing strategies. • Involved in the enhancement and redesign of innovative marketing and sales concepts, including Brand and Category Management. • Develop, plan, and execute sales and communication strategies, including all B2C initiatives. • Prepare and analyze reports for performance measurement. • Drive the analysis and optimization of product assortments, including assortment discussions, new product preparation, delistings, and advisory services on merchandising and training. What You'll Need • (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator. • German language proficiency (B2 level). • Genuine interest in advertising, marketing, and sales. • Economic mindset and strong organizational skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a creative flair. • Good to very good English language skills.
