The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Respond to a variety of call-outs, from battery and tyre issues to complex fault-finding.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Work autonomously, starting and ending your day from home.
• Embrace variety with new challenges and different customer interactions daily.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and excellent problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make independent decisions.
