Manufacturing Information Technology Manager

Lead IT operations in a manufacturing environment, focusing on production uptime, plant systems reliability, IT/OT infrastructure, and team leadership. Oversee plant IT staff, support manufacturing technology and automation projects, manage critical incidents and cybersecurity practices, and partner with plant leaders to improve systems and processes. Some travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations and maintain production floor uptime across a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
• Supervise, coach, and develop plant IT staff and coordinate IT resources.
• Monitor system availability, service delivery, incident response, and team performance.
• Partner with plant leadership and technical teams on manufacturing systems, automation, and process improvement.
• Plan and support IT/OT infrastructure, capital projects, budgets, vendors, and technology implementations.
• Manage outages, backups, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, documentation, and user support.
