Sales Development Rep

As a Sales Development Representative you will be a key contributor to our enterprise wide sales initiative. We are looking for someone with a proven track record and hunger for success in our industry. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging lasting relationships with our customers.
What You’ll Do:

• As the Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will take ownership of
• Employ various strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic by
• Effectively communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs,
• Utilize provided scripts and talking points for both initiating and receiving
• Proactively make 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the primary objective of
• Utilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information,
• Stay up-to-date with all ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions. Align
• Regularly track and analyze your personal performance metrics, including
• Be receptive to coaching and work closely with the Sales Development Manager
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction by helping to proactively manage online
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure total department symbiosis and ensure a
• VinSolutions experience is a huge plus!

What You Need to Have for the Role:

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Results driven and motivated for sales
• Excellent customer service
• Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals
• Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills
• Has prior CRM experience and is very computer savvy
• Previous sales experience a plus
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

General Compensation Disclosure
The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $35,000 - $55,000 or more.
This is a variable pay role with uncapped variable pay.
