Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social media channels.
• Represent our premium Gaming & Esports brand with professionalism and deep product knowledge.
• Troubleshoot in-game issues, payment queries, and account security matters for Czech-speaking users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on player trends and common community pain points.
• Ensure all interactions maintain the high service standards expected in the competitive gaming industry.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all player interactions within the CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated with the latest gaming releases and features.

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and current gaming trends.
