Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in the Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience, with a proven track record as a Product Owner and Scrum Master. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage product development processes, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

·       Act as the Product Owner, defining and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with business goals.

·       Lead scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

·       Write and maintain Epics, Features, and User Stories to ensure clarity and alignment with stakeholder expectations.

·       Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

·       Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

·       Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

·       Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

·       12+ years of experience in project management, specifically in the Wealth Management domain.

·       Strong experience as a Product Owner with a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.

·       Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating scrum ceremonies effectively.

·       Expertise in writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.

·       Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence tools.

·       Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

·       Experience in Agile methodologies beyond Scrum.

·       Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance.

·       Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

·       Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP are a plus.
