Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple technology initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, facilitate Agile processes, and ensure successful delivery from planning through implementation.

Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile teams across multiple concurrent projects
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
* Track project progress, risks, and dependencies while ensuring timely delivery
* Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholder visibility
* Partner with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and remove blockers
* Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
* Support backlog management and project prioritization efforts

REQUIREMENTS:
* Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
* 5+ years of Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Project Management experience
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
* Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps preferred
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
* Healthcare industry experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
