The Role

We're excited to welcome a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team at Culligan!

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent service to our valued customers and ensuring their water treatment systems are in perfect working order.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 07:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers
  • Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily
  • Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device
  • Report any potential failures
  • Replenish the van once a week at our site in Hemel Hempstead.
  • A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Strong hands on experience & DIY skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Monday - Friday Days working pattern
