What You\'ll Do

• Program and set up CNC mills and lathes from scratch or by modifying existing programs, calculating tool registers and offsets
• Read, interpret, and work from complex engineering blueprints and GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing)
• Select and install cutting tools, load raw materials, and perform first-run part inspections using advanced measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Monitor live production runs, troubleshoot deviations, perform preventative machine maintenance, and maintain accurate production logs
• Partner with engineering and quality control teams to drive continuous process improvements and part validation

What You\'ll Bring

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist in a production setting required
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming required; CAD/CAM software proficiency is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to perform complex setups, including multi-fixture and tombstone setups
• Strong understanding of material properties, cutting speeds, and feed rates
• High school diploma or GED required; a vocational certificate or associate degree in machining or a related technical field is a plus
