The Role • Develop, plan, and implement sales and communication strategies, including B2C customer engagement. • Conceive, create, and execute marketing strategies with a focus on content, creativity, and visual appeal. • Contribute to the evolution and redesign of innovative marketing and sales concepts, including brand and category management. • Analyze and optimize product assortments, including assortment discussions, new product introductions, and merchandising advice. • Prepare and analyze reports to measure marketing campaign success. • Undertake activities related to product management and retail marketing. What You'll Need • (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator. • German language proficiency at B2 level. • A genuine interest in advertising, marketing, and sales. • Strong analytical and organizational skills with an economic mindset. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for creative work. • Good to very good English language skills. • Familiarity with CMS systems, HTML, Photoshop, Google AdWords, Typo3, or Illustrator is advantageous.
