Job Description

Position: Varicent Implementation Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX or Jersey City, NJ

Mode of interview: Virtual

We are looking for a Varicent Implementation Consultant with hands-on experience in Sales Planning and Quota Management.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Varicent solutions based on business requirements.

  • Work on sales planning, quota setting, allocation, and management.

  • Configure sales/territory hierarchies, workflows, and business rules.

  • Gather requirements and work with business stakeholders.

  • Support testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.

  • Validate data and ensure accurate quota calculations and planning processes.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Varicent implementation/configuration.

  • Strong experience with Sales Planning and Quota Management.

  • Experience with quota allocation, territory planning, and sales hierarchies.

  • Good communication and client-facing skills.

  • Experience with UAT, testing, and production support.
