About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Manhattan WMS to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Manhattan Active, UNIX.SQL, LMS, WCS along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Job Description:

• Should have around 8-10 years of Experience on Manhattan WMOS platform versions preferably on version 2018 OR higher.
• Should have technical experience in PLSQL, Unix Scripting and preferable experience in SCI Cognos Reporting, LMS Configurations, WCS.
• Must have knowledge and expertise on end-to-end warehouse operations and warehouse management system.
• Need to collaborate with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.
• Should have Excellent communication skills
• Should have reasonably good production support experience and should have led critical outage and service degradation calls and should have driven end-to-end solutions
• Should have experience working in Onsite / Offshore model
• Should lead and drive permanent resolution of all production support issues
• Should have experience in suggesting and implementing process improvements, automations to optimize warehouse operations
• Should have good interpersonal skills.
• Top responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
• Should lead the team and drive permanent resolution of critical, reoccurring incidents.
• Need to collaborate with multiple teams from Client customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.
• As a WMS Support Consultant, you will be working as SME of Warehouse Management Systems and its associated integrated systems.
• You will be involved in integrations between WMS and MHE/WCS, LM and other systems.
