Butcher / Delicatessen Counter Specialist | Stadtkyll, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany | On-site

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Butcher/Delicatessen Counter Specialist to join a vibrant and locally focused grocery retailer, known for its commitment to freshness and quality. If you have a knack for premium meats, sausages, and cheeses, and excel at creating delightful customer experiences, this is the role for you.

The Role

  • Advise customers with your expertise on meat, sausage, cheese, and fine food products.
  • Create unique and high-quality culinary selections.
  • Ensure appealing product displays and maintain exceptional freshness.
  • Adhere strictly to hygiene standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and portion goods with precision and skill.

What You'll Need

  • Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a butcher, meat processor, or food retail salesperson with a focus on butchery.
  • A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and passion for the retail sector.
  • A reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work ethic with a strong customer focus.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
